I guess we had a recession today at the major pharmaceutical company where Mrs. Prop and I work because they laid off a bunch of folks. I am so glad it wasn't a depression. I've had two of my own. They ain't fun.
I got this quote from a web site that said it was a funny quote. I beg to differ. Neither recessions nor depressions are funny.
